We have fully certified doctors to provide you with the best care. We have a full-time, certified registered nurse, three highly skilled and qualified technicians, and other dedicated personnel who add to the comfortable atmosphere at our center.
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment. Staff members are happy to schedule eye surgery consultations, answer questions, and relay information to team members during these hours. Calls received after office hours and weekends are taken by our answering service, which relays the messages to Dr. Davies or a staff member. All after-hours calls are always promptly returned.

The Surgical Eye Care Center was established in 1984. This 4,000 square-foot facility is equipped with an operating room, surgical lasers, and diagnostic equipment for surgical eye treatment. Medicare certification has been maintained since the opening of the center.
On July 1, 1992, Dr. James Davies, a prominent San Diego ophthalmologist, became the medical director of the surgery center.
